Human Rights Management Charter

Namyang Metals places the highest priority on the dignity and value of every human being and strictly complies with international human rights standards, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, as well as applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea. Based on these principles, the Company is committed to implementing human rights management that protects and promotes the human rights of all stakeholders, and hereby establishes the following Human Rights Management Policy.

  • We respect the human rights of all stakeholders and fully uphold their dignity and fundamental rights.
  • We strictly prohibit child labor and forced labor and do not tolerate any form of involuntary labor.
  • We provide fair opportunities for training and internal job transfers at every stage of employment, from recruitment to retirement, and fully support the sustainable career development of our employees.
  • We ensure that our employees receive wages above the living wage, comply with applicable working-hour regulations, and provide adequate rest and welfare benefits.
  • We ensure a safe and equitable working environment for all employees, regardless of their employment status, including permanent employees and non-permanent employees.
  • We promote active communication through labor-management councils and grievance mechanisms to eliminate workplace harassment and foster an open and communicative workplace.
  • We protect the personal information of all stakeholders, including employees and customers, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and through appropriate security measures.
